Ralph Nader

Ralph Nader is a consumer advocate, lawyer and author. Throughout the 1970s, 80's, and 90's, and up to the present time, Nader gathered the evidence and alerted the public, Congress, and the media to many issues related to health, safety, economics, environmental pollution, worker rights, and excessive corporate influence. Nader and his colleagues have proposed many constructive reforms, and have prompted the enactment of laws and regulations to correct the problems, to the benefit of the public. <MORE>

Winona LaDuke

Winona LaDuke rejoins Ralph Nader on the Green Party ticket for the 2000 race, as she did in 1996. LaDuke is an enrolled member of the Mississippi Band of the White Earth Anishinaabeg (Ojibway). A graduate of Harvard and Antioch Universities, LaDuke has written extensively on Native issues.
